The B-Part Am Gleisdreieck recently welcomed the gif Zukunftswerkstatt team as guests. On two days the members of the gif Zukunftswerstatt held their workshop to collect ideas for the gif – Society of Property Researchers. Besides the attractiveness of gif for young members and students, a new format for the young gif generation was on the agenda. As a special highlight next to the location, the participants discussed the “Berliner Mietendeckel” with Prof. Dr. Karola Knauthe and received a lot of background information. “The participants enjoyed the creative atmosphere in the B-Part very much and also contributed to the development of new ideas,” says Philipp Rabsahl, head of gif Zukunftswerkstatt and Junior Assessor on the board of gif.
