Summer School Festival 2019

As closing ceremony of the international summer school ‘Prototyping collaborative spaces’ – a joint project between the Urban Ideation Lab, the collective Urban Oasis and the Natural Building Lab at TU Berlin – the B-Part Am Gleisdreieck will be transformed for one day to a festival venue. The German and Colombian participants will present their built interventions and wood structures to test their spatial qualities together with the visitors.

The task is to develop mobile and flexible modules that can host a variety of programs and happenings. During the day there will take place a panel discussion about public spaces, an exhibition and film screening that present the background of this long-term research project, a joint kitchen event will bring together the participants and visitors, and last but not least a concert will mark a dignified, colorful and noisy conclusion.

The event will be public and free and we are looking forward for many interested visitors!
